FAQ

The things everyone asks first

Getting started

How fast do we start?

From your first consultation to a signed one-page plan is 48 hours. Your first content goes out inside the first 30-day cycle.

What exactly do I get each month?

A month of posts written and designed for your channels, short videos if your plan includes them, a calendar showing when each goes out, and a report at the end. The exact numbers are on each plan above.

Which platforms do you post to?

All of them. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business — whichever ones your audience actually uses. We connect them once, then everything goes out from one place, written and sized for each channel rather than copy-pasted across them.

Which numbers appear in my monthly report?

We publish to every channel above. For performance reporting — reach, engagement and what each post actually did — we pull verified figures straight from Instagram and Facebook. The other channels are still being connected, and until they are we tell you so rather than estimate. We’d rather report fewer numbers you can trust than fill a page with figures nobody measured.

Your content

Will it actually sound like my business?

Before we start, we lock a brand guide with you — your voice, your topics, and the facts we’re allowed to state. Every post is checked against it before it goes out. If something’s off, you reject it and the system learns.

Is the content made by AI?

AI does the drafting, which is how the price works. A person on our team checks every piece against your brand before it reaches you, and nothing runs that isn’t on a plan you signed off.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. The whole platform switches to Arabic, and we write in Arabic where that’s the right language for your audience.

Approvals and control

Do you publish without asking me?

Nothing goes out that isn’t on a plan you signed off. How closely you review after that is your choice, and it differs by plan. On Growth, Scale and Full service, every post also lands in your approvals queue ahead of its scheduled date — you can read it, change it or reject it there, and anything you reject doesn’t run. On Launch, you approve the month’s plan up front and we publish to it, which is what keeps that tier at its price and your time at half an hour. Want every post in front of you on Launch too? Say so and we’ll send you the month to approve — or move up to Growth, where the queue is built into your dashboard.

What if I don’t like a post?

Reject it and we redo it, at no extra cost and as many times as it takes. On Growth and above you reject it before it publishes. On Launch, tell us at any point — we pull it and replace it.

How much of my time does this take?

About 30 minutes a month. You approve the plan once, then approve posts as they’re queued if you’re on Growth or above. We do everything else.

Who manages my account?

A human team runs every account. On Scale you get a senior lead; on Full Service, a named strategist you deal with directly. The AI does the production, people do the judgement.

What if I want to stop?

Launch and Growth are monthly rolling — tell us and we stop at the end of the month, with no notice period and no exit fee. Scale and Full service carry a three-month initial term, because campaign work needs a runway before it can be judged fairly. Everything we made for you stays yours — download it all from your library.

Plans and billing

What if I need more in one month?

Add what you need — an extra channel, more posts, more video — without changing plans. Tell us what the month needs and we’ll price it before anything is made.

Why not just use ChatGPT and Canva myself?

You can — plenty of our clients tried. The difference is the system: strategy first, everything on-brand, a human checking every post, publishing handled, and a memory of what worked feeding next month. Tools make posts. This runs your marketing.
